Modiste recently published a mod for Midlander talls and I had to. I HAD TO. HAVE YOU SEEN HIM
There's actually a mod that 100% emulates Utena's iconic outfit, but it's only for feminine midlander-based bodies and Lalafell fems. Maybe someday it'll be ported to midlander mascs (and highlander, masc roes and hroths too), but for now, Jacke continues to look good in just about anything.
And just for fun since 7.4 will remove restrictions on all job/class gear, I figured this would be a great time to also emulate the same fit vanilla (Expeditioner's pantalettes continues to be superior):
