gpose 12-10-2026
Hello there! One day I will remember to post my gposes here and not hoard them, but lately I've been focused more on getting Jacke's combat classes to level 100 than gposing. But here's the tradition of "gposing before maintenance" where I thought I should gpose Jacke in the same vein as the character he's most inspired from since I first made him:
Lightning from FFXIII has been the biggest inspiration for Jacke when I first made him in 2021, it's almost funny how much he's changed since. He used to be planned to be a side character whose story beats should have been 1-to-1 similar to Lightning, but I ended up making a lot of changes for him since Endwalker - but still taking a lot of inspiration from Lightning herself throughout all three of the XIII games. Feel like I should go back to playing the trilogy in time for Evercold release just to have that fresh in my mind.
I hope everyone on Bearblog playing FFXIV is as excited about Evercold as I am!
